About updates:

i aim to update my site with new bears & critters every month or so... depending on my schedule. i also list items in my Etsy shop. it takes me a while to make each creation, so i can't make lots but try to have around 8-10 new bears for an "official" update. everything is one-of-a-kind, or very small limited editions.

the sock monkey updates are pretty rare, maybe once or twice a year now...and it's quite a special event!

Ordering Tips:

at the scheduled update time, be sure to refresh your browser to see the new creations! join my private mailing list to be notified about my updates.

for speedy ordering, have a second browser window open with your email account ready to go.

when requesting an item on update days, also state back up choice(s) in order of preference (ie: "i would like Buster, or Barney". or "i would like BOTH Buster and Barney, with Pebbles as a backup"). also include your mailing address so i can create an invoice.

after confirmation, i will send you paypal invoice.

paypal payment is due within 1 day of placing order. if you need longer, please let me know. *note: in fairness to other collectors, if you need longer than 5 days for paypal payment, a small nonrefundable deposit is required to mark item "SOLD" for you. if you need more time, see layaway terms below. i'm happy to work things out :)

• checks (wait to clear before ship), or US money orders.
• 3 month layaway is available with $50 nonrefundable down payment. only 1 item can be put on layaway at a time.

• i ship worldwide from Chicago by USPS.
• USA: priority mail w/ delivery confirmation.
• Global: 1st class international, or priority (your choice).

 

RECYCLING

we care about the environment and use recycled packaging, or new packaging (like tissue paper and hang tags) made from recycled materials. please recycle it.
